I’m no stranger to: fast paced environments, inconsistent company cultures, challenging stakeholders, career transitions, layoffs and navigating success amid a sea of chaos. 

I’m a VP level executive with 15+ years leading teams and creative work at top ad agencies; partnering with brands like Tripadvisor, New Balance, Dave & Buster’s, and the New York Public Library.

What I found most energizing in the agency world was always the same: the work is only as strong as the people behind it.

When people thrive, everything around them does too.

That realization shaped the current chapter of my career - evolving my leadership experience in service of people’s growth and development.

As a Certified Coach, I pair my executive expertise with ease, candor, curiosity, and what some may argue is the ultimate survival skill: a sense of humor.

Unlike mentorship or consulting, I don’t give you answers - I help you strengthen your own decision-making so your choices are true for you; allowing for the work to last beyond our time together.

  • Come in open, present, honest, and willing to take action between sessions. Coaching works best when you’re committed to reflection, experimentation, play, and ownership of your growth. Client accountability is critical to get the most value and success out of this experience.

  • Coaching helps you move forward with clarity and confidence. Clients often start with a specific goal and leave with stronger judgment, better boundaries, and clearer communication that extends beyond just their initial goals - but into a more authentic and sustainable way of being and living.

  • Coaching is best suited for people who are curious, open to challenge, and ready to take ownership of their growth. While deeply supportive, it’s not therapy or advice-only solutions.

  • I blend extensive executive leadership with certified coaching, curiosity, candor, and humor. My approach is practical, human, and designed to build capability - not dependence. I will never pass up the moment to champion you - while at the same time, I am not scared to deliver hard truths wrapped in a big bow of love, trust and support. That is what you’re paying me for, after all ;)

  • My 1:1 Coaching pricing and session model is simple. Pricing is based on 60-min session length, with a separate 90-minute Discovery session. 12 required sessions. Investment ranges ~$1,300-$2,000/ month. Programs and partnerships are scoped on a project-by-project basis, aligned to goals, timeline, and objectives.

  • Results vary, but clients consistently report increased clarity, confidence in decision-making, and measurable progress toward their goals - with tools they continue using long after the engagement ends.
